COVID-19 RESPONSE

HVAC is essential!  As Ohio gradually reopens businesses and new and current HVAC service needs arise during the COVID-19 crisis, our heating and cooling team members know health and safety is job # 1. ENG adheres to the highest safety standards throughout any project and especially during these challenging times. During client interactions, service calls or new project planning or installations, you can expect the following COVID-19 safety measures to be met:

  • Temperature/fever monitoring of our employees and technicians is conducted daily at the start of business to ensure proper health is maintained before going or returning to any jobsite.

  • Customer/Client calls are made prior to our arrival at your home or business to ensure those living/working on the premises are not addressing any potential illness concerns that could be COVID-19-related. If there is potential COVID-19 risk involved prior to our arrival, we may discuss rescheduling an appointment for a later date to ensure added safety for you and our team.

  • HVAC team members, both in the field and in our offices, wear masks and gloves during client interactions and/or close proximity work to others, including co-workers.

  • Our employees practice social distancing when working near clients as well as fellow workers while on and off the jobsite.

  • Hand hygiene and any necessary disinfection cleanup of tools and equipment is mandatory during all projects. Any applicable hardware/systems or other surfaces that are touched while onsite are cleaned prior to completion of the days work.

  • Our technicians always wear booties prior to stepping into a home or work zone to prevent tracking in any mud or debris onsite and decrease any possible contamination from bacteria and/or viruses that could live on footwear.

  • All waste or cleanup items are properly contained and removed from the jobsite or home and all safety gear such as masks, gloves, eye protection etc. are contained, cleaned or disposed of by our technicians when leaving a workspace.
